The flat is very comfortable, Dining table for 4 (extendable to 6 - extra folding chairs provided) , fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, juice extractor, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, cutlery, pans, plates, etc.
The supermarket nearby is 3 minutes away from the flat. Also, the transport system is very efficient and you will have a 24h service.
Other commodities include: iron, iron board, mobile phone, free view TV, hair dryer, TV in each bedroom as well as in the sitting room.
Clean towels and bed linen are provided
Supporting you on your holiday: after booking, I will provide you with as much help as I possibly can: how to use public transport, how to get to the flat from the airport and any other help you may need.

Self Check-in = PADLOCK WITH BUILDING ACCESS
The flat door, which is on the ground floor, has an electronic lock and the code is provided to each guest on the day of their check in, via AirBNB message ONLY.
Interaction with guests
We would like to keep our communication via Airbnb messages - alternatively SMS or E-mail if urgent and necessary.
We never use phone calls for managing the check-ins or any other basic details of the normal booking process, we have some simple documents explaining most things, as well as, on how to get to the flat from all major airports.
The first email will have attached files containing a very detailed description of the place, public transport, rules of rental, as well as all the phone numbers you may need in case of an emergency, etc.
Other things to note
Please take note of the housekeeper's mobile number sent on my first email - she is responsible for your check in and I may not be available.
We will provide coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, washing up liquid, hand wash, and some rolls of toilet paper.
If guests require any more than what is provided, any consumables, they would need to buy it from the local supermarkets - we will be renting the flat but any food, drinks are not included, except to what we listed here.
Whenever possible, we are flexible with the check-in and check-out time.
In respect to the neighbors, WE KINDLY ask all of our guest to keep the noise level down PLEASE.
Holiday lettings properties are in residential areas and can be very negatively affected by guests who does not respect the other residents, so, we kindly ask for your cooperation - by British law - excessive noise - specially after 10:00PM - is against the law, therefore, the police may be called.
In consequence of that:
You can celebrate your holiday with pleasure, however, this property is not rented for the purpose of parties. If you cause disturbance to the neighbors and have a loud party in the property you will loose your deposit.
