Welcome to Little Sunshine; the sweetest most charming cottage in Black Mountain! From the comfy front porch with peaceful mountain views to the spacious back yard complete with a fire pit you won't want to leave this magical spot. You'll have 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with a well stocked kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, big side porch and a covered front sitting porch.

The space
Little Sunshine is a bright, sunny and sweet spot in charming Black Mountain, NC. It is cozy and comfy with perfect furnishings and attention to detail. The outdoor spaces invite you to have a fire in the fire pit, watch the summer lightning bugs, and sit on the porch with your newest favorite read. There is plenty of parking and the space is also RV friendly with a septic hook up and electric.
