Sue was a great host -- quick and responsive to comments and questions. The guest house is very private, which is nice if you need a place to get away. The area is also quite residential and peaceful at night. There are several eateries nearby which are very hole-in-the wall and should not be judged by their covers. I would definitely recommend this place!

Great little space that we could call our own. We did not walk anywhere since it was more residential but Sue left so many suggestions on places to go. Would def stay here again.

This was our first trip to Austin to attend the MotoGP race weekend. Communication with Sue prior to our arrival was great. She provided many good recommendations for restaurants as well as usual information and tips for the race track. The guest house was perfect for our stay. It is in a quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants and downtown. It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. We would not hesitate to book with Sue again.

Thank you for your descriptive review, it really helps others know what it is like to stay here, especially when attending events at the Circuit of the Americas. So glad you enjoyed your stay, I love hosting Canadians and am so glad to have met you both. Come back and visit when you need to thaw out from Thunder Bay weather, you know you have a home in Austin! All the best, Sue

A great place to stay for business and fun! I stayed here for a week alone while attending a conference nearby. The house was clean, comfortable and felt safe (as a single woman travelling alone). From a business perspective, the wi-fi worked perfectly and there are a few great places to eat nearby after a day of work. The use of a bike is a great extra too - I had a great time cycling through Austin. Sue was a wonderful host, quick to respond and to offer suggestions for places to eat and directions. Thank you!

This place was perfect for us. Incredibly difficult to get out of bed because it was so comfortable. Walkable to everything in the area and we would take a car share to elsewhere. The little touches at Sue's place are what sets it apart from any other places we have stayed. Can't wait to visit again!
