Located on a pedestrian street on the first floor of a building without a lift, it offers a spacious and comfortable living room with a lounge area and a dining area, as well as a fully equipped kitchen for cooking as if you were at home (Nespresso, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hotplates, etc.).

It has two bedrooms: one with a double bed (140 x 200) and one with a single bed (90 x 190), as well as a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
