Relax with the family at this beautiful beach house on a quiet street, with private backyard and deck, yet within walking distance to all attractions!

Hear the ocean waves and enjoy a family fun night on the boardwalk.. or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the multiple seafood restaurants within walking distance.

The space
This bungalow offers an open concept floor plan with upgraded kitchen, beautiful floors, stainless steel appliances, separate dining area to enjoy meals, 2 bedrooms (one with bunk beds), 1 bathroom, and a new pull-out couch, as well as a very private and serene backyard with a small outdoor dining table on the deck, and cute sitting area at the bottom of the deck . … all 4 doors down from the beach!

Enjoy a day at the beach, rinse off in the outdoor shower, and enjoy all of the food, restaurants, and attractions Point Beach has to offer!

Note: This locations sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. Bunk beds do not accommodate adults; 2 adults can sleep in one bedroom, 2 adults on the pull out couch, and 2 children in the bunk beds in the second bedroom.

Guest access
Basement accessible to wash and dry laundry. Shed on site is not accessible to guests.

On street parking passes comes with rental. No parking directly next to home.

2 adult & 2 kid beach passes are available with rental.; note there is not direct beach access from this street (making it more quiet and private)- access to beach is around the block via Broadway.

Suggested Items to Bring:
Beach towels, extra paper towels and toilet paper (2 of each are provided as a starter), kitchen utensils (pots and pans are included), glasses and paper cups, coffee, coffee filters, bathing soap and shampoo, extra trash bags, sun block, to name a few items.

While the house comes with WiFi, the TV does not have cable; it is streaming capable and guests will need to login to their own streaming channels.

No smoking is allowed. No pets allowed.

The house is located in a residential neighborhood; please limit noise.
