The apartment is located in a small complex and has its own designated carport near the front entrance as well as visitor parking.
Interaction with guests
The local Visitor Centre located 300m away will hand out and collect keys. The friendly staff are happy to help guests plan their outings and will advise of the many tourist attractions available in the area.
Located forty minutes south of Perth, Rockingham is a holiday resort city of some 80,000 residents. In 1827 Captain James Stirling landed on Garden Island just off the coast, and two years later the Swan River Colony was founded. Nowadays, Garden Island is home to HMAS Stirling Naval Base, Australia's largest fleet base. In the early days, Rockingham was a busy port for the timber industry, shipping jarrah and sandlewood overseas. Rockingham is a popular tourist destination with beautiful expanses of safe beaches, water sports, and environmental parks.
Seaview on Kent is situated right in the heart of the Rockingham foreshore. The cafe strip has an abundance of fine eateries where one can wine and dine al fresco style while watching the sun set over the Indian Ocean. Free electric BBQ's, picnic tables and benches are provided on the foreshore parks for leisurely family outings. There is nowhere else within 250km of Perth that boasts such a versatile, interesting and attractive coastline. The local transit bus stops outside and will take you to Rockingham City shopping centre for some serious retail therapy, or to the train station where you can board a train and be in Perth in less than 40 minutes.

As an owner I am always available by email or phone and am more than happy to liase with guests should they require any assistance.
I would expect guests to feel comfortable and relaxed at 'Seaview' and treat it as they would their own home. I do ask, however, that respect is shown for neighbours, particularly late at night. This is a non smoking apartment.
