Welcome to our stunning, brand new house! Situated in a prime location, this modern retreat is a 4 min drive / uber ride to the riverfront with delicious restaurants and breweries as well as Live Oak Bank Pavilion!

Enjoy Wrightsville Beach (20 min. drive) and Carolina Beach (25 min.), and UNC-W (12 min drive.)

Unwind in the homey living area, relax on the private patio, and enjoy restful nights in king beds. Book your stay in our brand new house and create lasting memories of your visit!

This is a brand new 2 bed/2.5 bath home and has never been lived in or rented prior to June 2023. All of the furniture is new and all of the linens are new and selected with quality in mind.

Guests have access to the entire house (minus the owner's closet), front porch, and fully fenced-in backyard / patio. Secured by a coded door lock, and ring doorbell / camera in front, and ring floodlight / camera in back.

1. Our check-out time is firm. If you have a request for an early check-in or late check-out please make those at the time of your booking and understand that due to cleaning schedules we can't always accommodate, but we try!
