Welcome to our working farm and vineyard which is nestled in the heart of Niagara's wine country and borders the beautiful Niagara Escarpment. We offer a comfortable, bright guest suite studio attached to our farmhouse with amazing sunset views. Enjoy private access to hike the Bruce Trail, surrounding wineries within 5 min drive/bicycle and complimentary farm fresh eggs!
Stroll through the vineyard, enjoy the farm animals and connect with nature!

The space
The guest suite is a bright, comfortable space with a queen size bed, loveseat/sofabed, dining table, full kitchen and bathroom attached to our 200 year old farmhouse.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, spices, tea and coffee and complimentary farm fresh free range eggs!
Shampoo, conditioner, soap, towels, provided in bathroom.

Guest access
You will access the guest suite through a shared entrance but once inside, the guest suite is completely locked and sealed off from our main side of the house. Guests are not permitted on our deck, porches, or in our side of the house.

Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: this is a working farm so there will be noise from our dogs, roosters, farm equipment and bird bangers (only in August/September).
Families and children welcome! The sofa-bed sleeps 2 kids comfortably, and can be used for adults but it is definitely cozy/tight with 2 adults! We also have 2 single air mattresses available upon request for extra sleeping accommodations for families with more children.
We also have children's toys, books and playpen available upon request.

Fireplace in guest suite not permitted for use.

Please note: Effective July 1st 2024, all AirBnB's in the Town of Lincoln are required to charge the Municipal Accommodation Tax ( MAT) of 4% ( plus HST) on the room rate for all stays.

Our farm is a 5 min drive to many award winning wineries, including Sue-Ann Staff Winery, Westcott Vineyards, Flat Rock Cellars, Henry of Pelham, and many more! We are also a 5 min drive to Jordan Village which has many restaurants and shops to enjoy.
If hiking is of interest, our farm provides a private access to the Bruce Trail and the beautiful Louth waterfall. Directions and maps provided upon arrival. Ball's Fall's Conservation area and Short Hills Provincial Park are both a 10 min drive from our farm. Niagara Falls is a 30 min drive.
