Bonjour! This unique beach house is fresh, clean, and curated for coolness! Newly remodeled kitchen with updated appliances and hardwood flooring. Two decks, outdoor shower, laundry, comfortable beds, and fun retro vibes! You can hear the waves at night and feel the sea breeze through the windows.
Airport Drive is a quiet street, but close to the excitement. 8 minute walk to Short Sands and the shops. 10 minute walk to Long Sands. Nubble light is a 5 minute bike ride. So excited to host you!

The space
A true chef’s kitchen with cutlery, pots, pans, pizza cutter, and a plethora of specialized utensils. In the art deco bakers cabinet you will find ingredients and supplies for making cakes and other baked treats.
In addition to standard appliances, the home has a KitchenAid mixer, insta-pot, juicer, food processor/ slicer, immersion blender, hand-held mixer, French press, drip coffee machine, and smeg toaster.

The spacious living room features a large, extremely comfortable sectional couch. There is a discreet Samsung frame flat screen tv that does not opress the gathering space. The room is lit with smart LED lights, that can be controlled via voice, set to any color, and can react to music. Inside the credenza you will find an Xbox one, retro DVDs, VHS, and their players. You can also access Disney, Max, Prime, and Netflix from the smart tv.

The opposite side of the room showcases a quality sound system and record player that can be connected to via Bluetooth. The home owner has been a record collector for the past 30 years and has stocked the cabinet with classic albums, family favs, and amazing obscurities. if you have any requests let us know!

Upstairs you will find a freshly remodeled bathroom with a deep soaking tub, exterior vented fan, and led color lighting to help you glow.

Bedding, pillows, blankets included and beds will be made when you arrive. Our bedding is always freshly laundered and sanitized, and the mattresses are high quality.

We respect your privacy and would only visit the home if our presence was needed to help resolve an issue, and only after scheduling our visit with you. There is a locked closet in the master bedroom used for owner storage. The unfinished attic and workshop behind the home are also inaccessible to guests.
