This apartment is a fantastic location if you want sunsets, being close to the beach and if St Kilda. We had a couple of issues with noisy neighbours at night but Bill got that sorted. The apartment is at the top so if you need an elevator then this is not for you. All in all well worth the stay

Went during winter and it can get really cold especially during the night. No lift excess to the accommodation and the parking space is kind of narrow but overall the place is clean and about 10 mins walking distance to beach and dining options.

Bill's place was great. The views were awesome, the spaciousness and fantastic to have washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was very nicely equipped. Easy walking distance to Fitzroy and Acland and the ocean, St Kilda Sea Baths, Luna Park. Right in the hub of everything. Bill was a very good host and responded immediately to fix any concerns we had. Would definitely recommend his place. Was nice meeting you Bill and all the Best

Great place in St Kilda with awesome views. Easy walking distance to cafes, restaurants and bars. It's pretty central with a Tram Stop only a few minutes away. This stop takes you straight into the City. It's a beautiful area. Definitely worth checking out. Check in was easy and the host was easy to get hold of.

The location of this apartment is fabulous. It was so handy for trams into Melbourne and only a short walk along to Acland Street for some well earned coffee and cake. Across the road is the fabulous beach and some friendly penguins at the end of the pier. It has the added bonus of a dedicated parking spot which was super handy if driving there or renting out a car for those coastal drives. There are a couple of small flights of stairs up to the apartment but that should be no surprise as it is on the top floor. The apartment has a cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer etc. which was very handy for a two week stay.
