The space

Come live like the locals on Peak 7 in Breckenridge! Fully remodeled, beautiful open floor plan, Spa like bathrooms, wood burning fireplace, wide plank wood floors, cozy, modern, rustic retreat.

This Duplex is 5 min to downtown Breckenridge and 1 mile to the free town shuttle. Guest will enjoy all the activities, restaurants and shopping that Breckenridge and Summit County have to offer. Steps from our home is access to a trail suitable for snowshoeing or adventurous hikes.

The home can sleep 7 adults and has a huge deck off of the home. In the Summertime, this adds to the living space!

Located off of Airport Rd - you will be close to Broken Compass brewery, and Breckenridge Distillery for Apres Ski. Back road access into town to avoid Ski traffic on Main Street.

Want to ski at Keystone (13 mi) or A-Basin (18 mi)? It's just a short drive! In Addition, shuttles run regularly from Breckenridge and Frisco to other ski resorts giving skiers many options.

We are very familiar with Summit County and love to offer any advice, recommendations or any other considerations you may need to make your stay more enjoyable.

In the wintertime, we recommend, you have a 4-wheel drive or an AWD vehicle to access the home. Snow tires are great, but not necessary.

1 Pack -n- play, Booster high-chair and 2 baby gates are available in the home for your use.

Other things to note

We have a separate rental agreement that must be signed in order to finalize the reservation. There is a preferred minimum stay of 3 nights. Open to shorter stays to fill in calendar gaps. There is a $195 Cleaning fee and a $500 refundable damage deposit paid at the time of reservation. 5.78% sales tax is included in the pricing posted in the calendar.

We had a lovely stay at this cozy cabin on Peak 7. It is a short drive to the gondola for skiing and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. Highly recommend this spot for a mountain retreat!

Great place, even better than the photos. Would have been perfect for two couples plus kids, but also works for three couples as long as somebody doesn't mind staying in a bunk bed (bottom bunk is big enough for 2 people). Really close to town and the ski mountain. Great hot tub!

Lauren was great to communicate with, responding to any questions very quickly. The house itself is even nicer in person. It's gorgeous & the hot tub just off the patio with lit up trees makes for a very relaxing dip after a day on the slopes. The house is very well stocked with all necessary cooking utensils, along with condiments too. Under floor heating in the bathrooms & kitchen makes for a very cozy house. The only thing I will say is the bus stop to the free shuttle route isn't as close as I thought, it's a 1.5 mile walk down the hill (so be prepared to walk that back up the hill!). In reality you don't need to be going back & forth to the shuttle stop as you could happily spend all day in this beautiful home.

We stayed at Lauren's place for 3 nights. The duplex is beautiful, perfectly equipped and only a short drive from the main town and ski lifts. Highly recommend a stay here!
