Martha has always been very careful about everything. The neighbourhood is not great though and sometime a taxi or uber might make feel safer during the night. Overall satisfied, with a very nice and tidy room. Good note about dog lovers: there were two.

Martina’s place is amazing. Very close to the subway station that take you to anywhere in Mexico City. Plus she’s an amazing host, very quick responses, worried about cleanliness. I’d go back to her place anytime I’m in Mexico City.

Martina is an awesome host! The area was a little farther away from the center of the city than we expected. Apartment was very clean.

My trip to Mexico City was great! Martha was so friendly and her little dog was a sweetheart as well. It's easy to get to her place from the airport using the metro and then it's about a 15 minute straight walk down one road to her place, so it's fairly easy to navigate. The room was clean and welcoming. The area was safe and the apartment was secure. I would highly recommend staying with Martha on your trip. With two beds, it's really convenient for two people as well. If you're traveling alone like I was, you'll have plenty of room to spread out!

Marta was extremely welcoming and helpful. Would definitely recommend for anyone, especially if you are traveling with a dog.

Martha was great! We came in super late but she was kind enough to stay up and let us in. Her general house instructions for the locks and internet were clear and easy. We got up super early and came home relatively late every day we were there so we never ran into Martha much but the time that we did she was always smiling and welcoming. She also has a pretty cute dog that's very well trained. She doesn't go into the guest room even if you call her in so if dogs are an issue hers won't be. The apartment is exactly what you're paying for. A place to sleep and shower at a location that's very close to everything. No bells or whistles or perks, the price is really good if that's what you're looking for. The only thing that was slightly off putting that isn't mentioned in any other review so it might be just a fluke or something only around for my trip was that the room has a very distinct smell to it. You generally get used to it after half an hour or so and don't even smell it in the morning when you wake up. But once you leave the room and come back in the smell is still there. It doesn't smell terrible its just one of those smells that makes you want to find out where the source is so you can pick it up and get rid of it. The room has air freshener so that helped a lot. The room is very clean. Two beds and a closet. I really liked that because there wasn't any nook and cranny I had to worry about. The shower was good, it did its job. Again, you get exactly what you pay for and Martha offers a very good price for her apartment. I would highly recommend!

The apartment was clean, had Netflix, and I felt at home. A store was right next door, and lots of food vendors available. Transportation was within an arms reach. Many taxis could be stopped, and the metro was walking distance.

My motto in life is that everything in life has advantages and disadvantages, I´m museologist and communicologist. I've gone all walk and cycling.

I like to experience the spirit of the cities and towns through its people and food.
