This area is unique in Copenhagen. Close to everything but still quiet and easy going. The vibe is really great; small cafees, a (email hidden) and craft shops makes it a perfect spot to hang out in the evening or before strolling the city. There's a lot of new architecture nearby and the harbour is 100 meter away. It's a perfect place for walking, running and general hanging out.
300 meters from the Metro which will take you anywhere in no time. Bike rental around the corner. Parking in the streets. (Smaller fee)
Other Things to Note
The bathroom/shower is really small. It's standard for these types of Copenhagen-apartments. It's nice and tidy but small.
No pets allowed, no partying and no smoking. If smoking, please use our courtyard.
Listing was accurate. The bathroom is a bit small, but the water was warm and everything worked perfectly. The futon was comfortable to sleep on. The neighborhood is like a high-rise, urban community with some character since the buildings are 100 years old. Apt is about 5-10 minutes from metro station, and there are supermarkets all around.
This apartment is very well located. Just a 10-15 minutes walk to the center, and less than 5 minutes walk to a Metro station. It's surrounded by nice cafes and restaurants, very close to the river, has supermarkets in 3 minutes distance, and if you'r traveling with kids, there's a nice playground very close by and Tivoli's Gardens are just 15 minutes away!
The space is very lit and with a modern design, it does have a tiny bathroom but the rest of the apartment makes up for it.
Kristoffer welcomed us and provided us with lots of maps of Copenhagen's attractions so we could further plan our stay. We had a great time!
Beautiful flat and location! We had a good time at Kristoffer's apartment. He is really kind and helpful. The neighbourhood is lovely as well.
We had a great time in Copenhagen and much of it is down to having a nice place to crash and hang out in after a long day of walking around town and eating and drinking. We absolutely loved the neighbourhood and the flat was as beautiful as in the pictures, amazingly styled. Kris is a great host and we could not have imagined a more positive experience interacting with him even though we didn't meet face to face. We are planning on coming back as we didn't make it to Louisiana and are very much in love with Copenhagen - we'll be sure to stay here again! Thank you!
We enjoyed our stay in Kristoffer's apartment very much. The location was excellent as a base for visiting the city, and we really liked the neighbourhood, the local restaurants, and the lovely local deli.
The only downside was the very small bathroom, but we managed well enough.
We had a great stay in Copenhagen in Kristoffers apartment as a family. The apartment is exactly the same as described. All in a nice modern danish style and well situated not too far away from the city centre (Stroget, Tivoli, ... 15-20 min walk) and very close to Island Brygge and the water front. Lots of little shops, restaurants and Delis in the area. Kristoffer was very easy to communicate with and nice host. Can fully recommend.
