Restful nights are guaranteed in any of the beautifully decorated bedrooms, complete with custom fitted blackout curtains. The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. The other two bedrooms offer the comfort of queen-sized beds. Not only that, but accommodating larger groups is a breeze with the two side couches folding out into twin sized beds.

Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the house.
Other things to note
For the heath and safety of our guests, a spa technician comes weekly to keep our hot tub in tip top shape. The tech will only need access to the hot tub area in the back and will try not to interrupt any guest activities.
Since the summer months are often cool with little to no humidity, we do not have AC installed in the house. Three floor fans are provided for each of the bedrooms (as well as ceiling fans throughout the house).
There are 2 security cameras that are used for exterior surveillance only.
Fire bans may happen occasionally and this is something that is out of our control. Open fires outdoors are strictly prohibited during fire bans (the grill and propane fire table can still be used). Please check the Teller County Sheriff's website before your visit for the most up-to-date information on whether fires are allowed at that time.
Dogs are welcome, but please clean up after your pet. Both inside and outside. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the guest.
No parties or events
No smoking or vaping inside home. A cigarette receptacle has been provided. Please place all butts in there.
This home is on a septic system and well water. Please do not flush anything besides waste and bathroom tissue. Please do not discard any solids or oils/fat down the kitchen sink.
Quiet Hours: 10pm-8am
Early check ins/Late checkouts may be available. Please be advised there is a fee of $50 per hour for both early check ins and late check outs. Requests must be approved and paid in advance and are not always available due to time restraints.

Violation of smoking (inside) policy $300 minimum deep cleaning due to significant health risk to owner.
Guests that fail to vacate the property at the designated checkout (initial 10 minute grace period) will be subject to a fee of $50 for every half hour increment.
