Comfortable room with balcony in a quiet area of a crowded city such as Bangkok! 2 spacious and clean bathrooms and kitchen. 5 min walk from metro station (Lumphini) You will receive useful informations about the house and the city in advance so that you can plan your stay in the best way! Just 1min from the house there is a great coffeehouse (Espero) and a foodcourt but in the area there are less shops and restaurants

Good location close to Lumphini station and park. We enjoyed running around the park in the evening and even used the numerous outdoor gym equipment areas which were fun! The food market was good for breakfast and the nearby 7/11 was convienient for odds and ends. Also there was drinking water available which helped as it was very hot and humid when we visited. Overall a good value for money stop in Bangkok

The house locates in a quite block, which is very good for our rest and sleep. Besides, it's only three minutes away from 7-eleven and 5 minutes away from the MRT.

Really lovely house, very close to Lumphini MRT. The neighborhood is nice and silent. John & Peter are both nice and kind. I would absolutely recommend this stay.

It was a nice place to stay. It seem a hidden house so that we can sleep very well. Wifi was strong enough to use it.

My parents can only say good things about their stay. They're already looking forward to their next trip! Thank you Peter for taking good care of them the past four days. Hope I can stay with you in the future as well. Until next time!

I was at Peter's house. The location is very good, because it is near the MRT (subway) and the neighborhood is nice. Peter is a very kind person, always willing to help me with data on Bangkok. 2 thing to improve: bathroom hygiene upstairs: I always found it wet. I wish there was a safe in the room.

The Villa Habibi project began in mid-2015 when I took over an 11-room rambling 1960s tropical Thai-style villa near Silom on Sathorn Soi 1. I had always loved this neighborhood and stayed here whenever in Bangkok because of its real-Thailand-urban-village-feel. It has been lovingly restored and transformed into quiet, cozy, green studio apartments with a large common area. Surrounded by mango and jackfruit trees and with a small herb garden it is a small urban oasis of quiet and privacy. Having been a tenant myself in Bangkok before, I knew what expats wanted, whether for a short or long-term stay - kitchens, fast internet, good management and no tricks with deposits and hidden charges. Voila Villa Habibi... Our guests love us, so try to book ahead when possible.

I have lived in Bangkok for over 13 years. My partner Peter takes care of things when I am on the road with my other work as a concert pianist cultural diplomat in over 140 countries. We have a friendly and helpful management style while giving you all the privacy and freedom you need. I look forward to welcoming you to Bangkok and to Villa Habibi, our little oasis of peace and quiet in the heart of the Big Mango.
