My recently renovated 810 sq ft ground floor garden flat is very spacious and bright and within walking distance to great shops and restaurants in Westfield Shopping centre & Notting Hill. Its located on a quiet road just off the vibrant Uxbridge Road and has great local transport links. The two double bedrooms have very comfortable beds, are well lit and have decent storage space. The modern bathroom is clean and guests can cook in the well appointed kitchen, or explore the local restaurants.
The large main reception room is very well lit thanks to sky lights and large double doors that open into my garden. It has two sofas, satellite television, a desk and a dining room table.
The kitchen has a small fridge, a 4 hob gas oven, a toaster, a Nutri Bullet, and a kettle.
Both decent sized bedrooms are well lit and have good storage facilities. There is one clean and modern bathroom which includes both a bath and a shower.
Guests can use the kitchen to cook and the main sitting room to relax / watch tv and also have access to a small decked garden at the rear of the flat.

Other things to note
Please recycle as much as possible. The bin in the kitchen has sections for recyclable and non recyclable rubbish. Rubbish is collected weekly on a Monday morning so please ensure its placed in the refuse bins in the front garden on Sunday night. The parking bays are resident only between 9am & 5pm on weekdays however there are bays with pay meters that can be used by non residents.
I expect guests to be mindful that it is my home and so should be treated with respect. The flat is located on a quiet street with lovely neighbours so please ensure noise is kept to a minimum. No pets are allowed and smoking is only permitted in the garden. No additional guests or parties are permitted and the flat is expected to be kept clean and tidy.
