Comfortable and beautiful apartment. And the location is near the metro. It's convenient to visit the spots and attractions. It's good choice when you travel in Paris.

The house is clean and the design is beautiful. There are three Metro stations nearby and that is really convenient.

Esther's apartment is really very well located close to public transportation, shops, cafe's, etc. If you like walking you could even do so over to the Eiffel Tower and the surroundings. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment has been redecorated very tastefully. The en-suite bathroom in one of the rooms is very small, but we were happy to have it as we were 5 in the apartment. We had trouble with internet access which was critical for us during our entire stay, Mathieu was so nice, never stop trying to get it to work, even offered for us to go up to the 6th floor to use the one there from the outside of the apartment. Matheiu was the nicest host, told us about local restaurants to try and places to shop for food etc. Overall recommend the apartment for a very enjoyable time in Paris. Thanks Esther and Matheiu

The first floor flat offered by Esther has been redone, but in-so-doing it has not made it cozy but rather comfortable only for very thin people. Despite one large bedroom, and a beautifully redone and well-equipped kitchen, the living room is somewhat cluttered with furniture and a couch that is too big for the room. The second bedroom is good-sized and pleasant facing the street. The newly renovated bedroom is impassable on both sides, however, and the closet difficult to reach due to lack of space; the bathroom door cannot be closed without knee damage; the shower has nowhere to put soap; and room is generally uncomfortable for two normal-sized adults. Similar to other apartments in the building managed by the same group, it benefits greatly from its location, close to the Pasteur metro and Gare Montparnasse. The building is a good one; however, the cozy apt. on the first floor is louder than others in the building. Nevertheless, the apt. is very well appointed in general and the beds are excellent as are the douvets. Clearly, care has gone into these aspects with positive results. One cannot help but mention some management lapses, though, which begin to grate after a while. Guests should not be spending time trying to get internet passwords that should be in the apt, nor should they be without TV service for 48 hours in a 4 day rental. The management team needs to rethink its coverage for clients and seek to regain the essence of airbnb, which is that there is a committed and concerned host to go along with the price of the rental.

Our hosts Esther and Mathieu were very kind and helpful. We felt welcomed in the apartment. The apartment has a great location...walking distance to a Metro station and near several food stores. Neighborhood nice and quiet. The apartmente is very nice, charm , clean and well equiped. It also helps that is located on the ground floor of the building. The beds and linens were very comforting.

The apartment we rented from Esther was exactly as described. The building is perfectly located and has everything that you need right around the corner: bakery, cafe, boucher, grocery store, metro, etc. We were welcomed by Matthieu who was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Esther and Matthieu!
