Detached 220 square meters ground floor villa surrounded by a 1,400 square meters garden with swimming pool (11 x 5 mt. depth 1.4 mt) located in the Versilia greenbelt on the north western coast of Tuscany.
The key features of the villa design are the hexagonal plan which seamlessly integrates and inside and outside volumes, the use of traditional building materials (cotto and brick), the ample roof with tuscan coppi tiles and casements in typical tuscan red.
