We loved our stay in the Tall House. Well situated. The village is lovely. And the house ideal for the 6 of us : Grand parents (2), parents (2), children 6 and 8 years old. Thank you Heather, all went really well !

Lovely character cottage. Ideal location for exploring the east coast of Scotland and a short drive to the golf courses at Kingsbarnes and St Andrew's.

Tall Ship is a historical treasure! It is homey, neat and tidy, with old seaside charm. It easily sleeps 6 and since we were just 4, we didn't use one of the three bedrooms. The bathrooms were clean and the garden tub was a bonus. Heather left plenty of information, instructions, and tidbits about the area. We enjoyed reading the books and brochures about the area. It is actually right on the coastal path and easy to walk to Crail or Pittenweem. ST Andrews is a 20 minute car ride or you can catch the bus to any place in Fife easily. The only downside is the lack of parking but we were able to manage. There is a small convenience store right across the street for all necessities. We loved Tall Ship!

Ideally located a stones throw from the beach, shops, beer garden bar/ restaurant. Everything is within walking distance and views from the upstairs room is lovely. Quirky and cosy house that has every ammenity you could need. No freezer though for ice but the Bank Bar next door are happy to accommodate with a big pint glass of ice on request. Was very happy with our stay and enjoyed (URL HIDDEN) did the dog!!

This is a perfect house for a family - grandparents self-contained in the downstairs bedroom with en suite, living area one floor up/kids' bedroom next and parents with the view at the top! We used the keys separately so parents and kids used the front door and grandparents the back door through the utility room. The house is just ideal - location fantastic and very cosy - very comfortable beds and really a magical three days - wish we could have stayed much longer...
