The space
Large 5 bedroom farmhouse with diminishing numbers of children (all grown up university and beyond) in open countryside, large garden, an old hardcourt tennis court and walks into the Lomond Hills Regional Park without going near a road. Less than 40 mins from Edinburgh Airport and 40mins from St Andrews. We don't charge for smaller children (under 12ish ) so only book the number of adults.

4 large king sized rooms, 2 with en-suite.
Separate sitting room for guests with woodburning stove and TV.
Plenty of parking. Friendly, welcoming and flexible but perhaps a bit frayed around the edges. Number of rooms for guests variable. We have one friendly dog . Pets and children very welcome. Perhaps join us for dinner?

Janie and I have 3 daughters, we have lived in the area for over 20yrs. I'm a consultant Obstetrician at the nearby hospital and Janie works for a local charity. We also sail, ski and I love paragliding too (there's a wonderful ridge within 3miles) We like nothing more to have a house full of people but we've run out of children (who have all left to go to university or beyond) so are looking to keep the house being used in other ways
