The property boasts an infinity pool, private beach access, and personalized services for the ultimate in relaxation. Very private and with few neighbors, located minutes from Mirissa bay with access to bars, restaurants and nightlife. Also close to the bars and restaurants of Weligama bay. 30km from Galle Fort. A perfect place to go Whale watching from with Mirissa harbor 5 min away. Weligama bay is perfect for sailing and this can be arranged from Mirissa harbor. Located on one of 3 cliff top properties on the southern end of Weligama bay between houses by renowned architects Geoffrey Bawa and Tadao Ando. Taprobane island is located directly across the bay. Within easy reach of many top surfing points of Mirissa, Midigama and Ahangama (and 5 mins to the Weligama surf beach which is excellent for beginners, has several places to rent boards and classes are offered)
