Experience the best of Weeki Wachee living! We are located on a canal just moments away from the main river, a quick 5-7-minute paddle to reach its beautiful crystal clear waters. Step onto the dock and marvel at Manatees eating at the grass all around the dock or cast a line for a relaxing fishing session. Unwind on the porch, where ample seating awaits to soak in stunning sunrises and sunsets. Don't miss out on this incredible Weeki Wachee River adventure.

The space
Wake up to picturesque canal views from the primary bedroom, step outside and have a cup of coffee with the manatees.

In this 1972 trailer home the kitchen is well stocked with a Keurig coffee pot, electric tea kettle, pots, pans & necessary dishes.
The home also has 6 beach towels and a washer & dryer on site.
There is a grill on the deck for guests' use. (*We can not guarantee a full gas tank. If Gas tank is empty, we reimburse you for the refill)

This home has 2 bedrooms. Each room has a Queen size bed. (Queen blow-up mattress that fits 2 or one on blow up and one on couch) and a pack-n-play is available if needed, please let me know in advance so I can let the cleaners know to have them out for you)

2 kayaks and a canoe, and at least 5 life jackets are available.

*SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. *Use Dock at your own risk. **If kayaks and/or canoe become unworkable we will try our best to repair but can not be guaranteed. Please see Rental Services in the Guidebook.

We have a fire pit with lid. We can not guarantee wood is available at all times. Firewood is available at local stores. All fires must be put out before leaving it and the lid put on.
