Helen made sure our arrival was hassle free, and we were welcomed to the apartment by the smell of fresh bread, still warm, with delicious butter and jam too. The apartment is clean and cosy, and is surrounded by beautiful gardens and countryside. Lots of village charm. Helen was the perfect host; kind, welcoming and helpful with local knowledge.

Helen and her family made us ... me, my partner and spaniel ... feel very welcome at their beautiful home. Situated in a lovely part of Suffolk about 35 mins from Pin Mill on the coast, there are walks on the doorstep, excellent local beers to be found in the pubs and the villages are stunning. (It was glorious weather for end October too.). Staying at Helen's made for a perfect base for us. Thank you!

Was a very pleasant stay. Fresh load of bread was in the cooking area and there was enough food to make a nice breakfast. Lovely decor and really quiet. Will visit again x

Unsure what the 'not sure' meant. It's useful to know these things, then I can get them right! Hx

Helen is a lovely, fascinating woman. She made us feel very welcome and was on hand with assistance, advice and guidance. We found ourselves able to speak at length with her, despite her being a very busy woman! The accommodation was as described, all set around a beautiful home. The area is lovely and quiet. Give the Limeburners pub down the road a miss for food!

Helen was a lovely host; we were made to feel completely relaxed and at home. Home-made bread and marmalade was great. It was a perfect place to stay the night before our son's wedding.

What an amazing, welcoming host. The old house is beautiful and really homely. Helen was happy to share her house with the guest and provided all necessary supplies in the annex i.e tea, coffee, milk, shower gel etc. etc. We travelled on business so will definitely stay again.
