Welcome to our cozy private bedroom studio with separate entrance in a stunning architect-designed house, in the vibrant neighborhood of Tottenham, London. Completed in 2023, our home offers a blend of contemporary design and homey comfort. We also offer a free parking ticket on request for one car, and White Hart Lane station is just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to explore London city.

The space
The private studio with its own separate entrance is part of the architect’s house. It consists of a bedroom studio with open kitchenette, and a private bathroom. Feel free to take a bath to wind down with the given Japanese bath salt.

Guest access
Guests will have sole use of the studio in Cooper house and a rear patio.

Access to Cooper house is via a street to a cul de sac road that allows pre-paid street parking spaces. The parking space can be provided free for one car but guest will have to provide car plate number and booked in advance with the host, but please discuss this with your host regarding this arrangement prior to your arrival.

Wheelchair Access to the Building:
(Please contact the host if you require the ramp for wheelchair access for the rear entrance) The Oxford kerb ramp provides temporary wheelchair access to the front entrance, overcoming a 15cm step from the pavement to the rear patio. Please note that the ramp should not be left unattended. After use, kindly ensure it is stored away in the outdoor garden with assistance.

The entire ground floor is wheelchair accessible, but assistance may be needed in the bathroom, particularly for accessing the bath and possibly the WC. Please review the photos beforehand to ensure the space meets the needs of your traveling companions.

No Pets Policy: For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted in the accommodation.

Look Out For: While the home is thoughtfully designed, its unique architectural features—such as the stone finished bathroom and oak bespoke carpentry—require extra caution. We encourage guests take care of the space like their own home.

Bicycle Storage: The rear patio allow an outdoor open space for up to 2 bicycles. Please bring your own locks for security. Please check with the hosts in advance to arrange this.
