The space
The Old Chapel Cottage has its own private entrance &porch plus entrance hall area (plus wardrobe/ closet )leading to each beamed double bedroom (one twin) an ensuite bathroom and loo and an ensuite shower and loo ( washing machine by shower room - vented dryer in double bedroom cupboard) The stairs have a safety gate at the top. The first floor is open plan and sensitively designed with sofas chairs a dining table 6 dining chairs plus a well equipped and modern kitchen area. - basics sugar tea instant coffee milk
supplied.
The fire is open guests are provided with an initial supply of logs fire made up
In colder months
- please enquire if more logs needed ( £10per trug of logs see laminate in cottage )
WIFI is suitable for work & there is a work desk in the living area
Tumble dryer ( in double bedroom cupboard) and W/M ( by shower room please bring detergent)
Free use of Hard Tennis court 40 yards in Walnuts garden
racquets & balls ( our court is shared with other guests)
Please note The Studio next door can accommodate 2 guests if the party is for 6
SEATING etc in The Old Chapel living area can accommodate 6 easily if Studio used ( must be booked separately -see link below)

1 large bin - recycling of everything except glass
2 smaller bin for glass

** a vehicle is highly advised!

Guests have access to private parking by the Old Chapel for one- two cars& also The Walnuts parking There is an enclosed lawned garden and terraced pet proof area with garden furniture . The owner’s hard tennis court is available plus racquets and balls
The front garden of The Walnuts is for the use of guests - the back garden of the main house is private

COTTAGE IS SELF- CHECKIN

There are several excellent restaurant/ pubs within 4 miles and also brasseries and popular cafes selling food wine and coffee
There are beautiful Cotswold walks/ gardens and many interesting places to visit

Highly advise having your own transportation
Taxis are available but have to be booked well in advance

The Old Chapel is cosy and a great place to relax- the stays are Self Catering
WALKS accessible from The Walnuts large front front garden - views fields woods
There is CH Wifi smart TV in sittingroom
There are stunning walks and the area is popular with cyclists.
As mentioned initial supply of fuel is provided for the open fire- extra logs £12 per large bag (see laminate in cottage)
Bedlinen and towels ( all laundered at 60 deg+ ) provided

PET OWNERS
The pet fee is extra and guests should check the pet box on booking £50 per pet per stay
Longer stays pet fee £50 per week per pet ( through resolution centre)

For guests travelling from abroad it’s worth making sure your mobile phone will work here in case of emergencies and for general convenience - the Airbnb App is helpful when travelling
