This house is beautifully situated with stunning views of the ocean, beach, or countryside whichever way you turn. It is uniquely styled and fun. Our hosts were very helpful and accommodating and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable even down to ordering a DVD player so the kids could watch their Christmas presents! It's a terrific space to share with friends and family.

Thank you so much Keith for letting us stay at your cottage. We have just returned from an amazing week there. The photos don't give the place justice. It's a beautiful cottage with a marvellous garden, and has a magnificent view both at the front and back. The inside is spacious has all the necessary equipment needed with lovely fluffy towels and good quality bedlinen. The kids enjoyed the dressing up box!! William the peacock was really interesting. We were very close to the beach and we made use of online supermarket shopping. Marie the housekeeper was friendly and helpful and was available whenever we needed her.

We have just come home from a great week at Tongs House. We were six adults and four children and found the house spacious and very comfortable indeed. The children loved the dressing up box and disco ball and we all appreciated the large comfortable sofas in the sitting room and big rugs to snuggle under. Perfect for watching the Olympics. We were also delighted by the position of the house. Watching the sun rise over the sea and the sun set over the rolling hills was heavenly and with so many great places nearby for outings - Hastings, Rye, De la Waar Pavilion and Dungeness - everyone was happy. A hugely enjoyable family holiday!
