- Before check-in, all guests must complete the following:

1. Sign the Guest Agreement which will be sent 4 days prior to arrival.

2. Guest Identification. A photo of the primary guest with their ID.

3. Security Bond

A refundable security bond is required before check-in through a credit card pre-authorisation. This is charged outside of Airbnb.

Bond Amounts:

$500 – 3 & 4 Bedroom Apartments

The security bond will only be used if there are damages, missing items, excessive cleaning requirements, unpaid charges, or breaches of these Terms & Conditions or house rules.

- Q Stay does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym, etc. and can not control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. Disruptions to the complimentary wifi are out of Q Stay’s control. No compensation will be given for such events.
