This awesome vacation condo is centrally located in the town of Breckenridge. Visitors enjoy a short walk to the Peak 9 Quicksilver lift. The path to the lift is across the street. The walk to the historic business district is an easy stroll past Maggie Pond to Main Street.
The condo is a second floor unit. The living room / dining area in the condo is bright, open, and spacious. It includes a large leather sofa and love seat, cable TV, DVD player, stereo, books and games. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets and counters. It is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, microwave, dishwasher, and breakfast bar. The adjoining dining area includes a large table and chairs. There are two large, private decks. The main deck offers views Peaks 8, 9, and 10 of the Ten Mile Range.
One of the bedrooms has two full size beds, and features a loft with an additional full sized bed (note steep stair access may not be appropriate for small children) and a private deck space. The other bedroom includes a queen sized bed (new 2016), a twin bed, and access to the main deck. Guests also have access to a shared pool and hot tubs. There are summer hours for the pool from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Check for Winter hours during ski season from Mid November to mid April.
It's an ideal setting for winter or summer vacations. In the winter, walk to the Quicksilver Superchair lift, or take a shuttle to nearby Copper, Arapahoe Basin or Keystone. Take advantage of many other winter activities, including cross country skiing, snowshoeing, ice skating at the ice rink on Boreas Pass Rd, and shopping in town. Also consider a summer vacation - the weather is beautiful and there is plenty to do. Breckenridge Ski Area lifts operate during the summer months to access world class mountain biking. The Breckenridge Valley is crowned to the south by 14,000 foot Quandry, Lincoln, and Democrat Peaks, which are all great hiking venues.
Guests have access to the entire home during their stay.
GOVERMENT ID REQUIRED: A copy of the Guest's government ID is required for all bookings. Guests acknowledge permission to access government ID via AirBnB and will send copy of government ID to host upon request.
Interaction with guests
As the condo owner, we do not live onsite. However, we are available to communicate regularly via email, text and phone to make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Owner contact information will be made available to you immediately upon booking.
Other things to note
To make your stay more enjoyable, please be aware of the terms and conditions:
Quiet Hours after 10 PM.
MINIMUM AGE. Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Guests less than 25 years of age must have an adult with them for the duration of the stay. Failure to comply may result in termination of the rental agreement.
PROPERTY DAMAGES. An inspection will be conducted after each stay. Any damages incurred during the stay or excessive cleaning charges incurred following the stay are the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the credit card used for the reservation or taken out of the security deposit.
CLEANING. A one time cleaning fee will be assessed for each reservation. We do not offer daily maid or cleaning services. Mid-stay cleaning can be provided on a per request basis for an additional charge. There is a washer/dryer in the complex laundry room.
THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. We have a NO TOLERANCE policy when it comes to smoking anywhere on the property premise, including inside unit, on deck, in parking lot or on property grounds. This includes both cigarette smoke and marijuana (pot) smoke. Any smoking in the unit will be subject to an immediate $250 fine and will be accessed to the credit card used on the reservation. This fine is subject for smoking remnants as well as cigarette or pot odors. Additional fees may be charged if carpet cleaning and/or dry cleaning is needed to remove smoke odors.
GUEST PARKING. Parking is available for two cars only. Renters must have a parking permit hang tag, picked up with the keys, visible in their vehicle to avoid towing. One parking pass is provided a check-in. Arrangements will need to be made in advance if a second parking pass is required.
LOFT STAIRS: Please note that the loft stairs accessed in the master bedroom are very steep (ladder like). These may not be appropriate for young children / toddlers.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY. The maximum number of guests permitted is limited to six (6) persons.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL: No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival.
