》 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. 2 cars can park in the driveway. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. Street parking is limited.
》Home is not for any types of parties, loud noise and has quite hours 10pm - 8am.
》Please remember you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
》Bradenton has a noise ordinance policy in place, and it is enforced by local law enforcement and code enforcement officers. The goal of this program is not to limit your fun or vacationing experience. Instead, it is designed to ensure a quality stay for every guest and resident. Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Exceeding the noise ordinance could result in disciplinary actions, including fines and/or termination of your rental agreement without refund. *

This is home is part of a duplex. You have entire access to the 203 side which is the right side of the property.
Other things to note
Check in is after 4 pm.
We cannot normally offer early check-ins or late check-outs. This is to allow our cleaning crew ample time to make sure your home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after your stay.
Check-out is before 10 am.
Our cleaners need time to turn over the property before the next guests arrive. Please respect their time and vacate the property by 10am.
Smoking inside the house will be charged $500 or more depending on the damage. Please do not do it!
Florida’s tropical climate means you may occasionally see insects, lizards, or other small pests inside, even though we maintain regular professional pest control. This is a normal part of Florida living, and while we do our best to minimize their presence, it’s not always possible to prevent every encounter.
