The space
All five queen bedrooms with queen beds will be yours. There’s also a single kids bed and travel cot with kids bedding and additional blankets on site. Two bathrooms and seperate toilet make the space work for multiple people and large living and dining as well as outdoor entertaining create multiple areas to gather and retreat.

Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house! There’s board games and books, kayaks and trampolines, boat ramp and jetty. Included is everything needed to make it feel like a home away from home and help you to sit back and relax. We care about the details… good coffee. Champagne on arrival. Smart tvs to sit back and chill at night to a movie. Everything is catered for so that you can relax, retreat and enjoy one of the best locations in Tasmania.

Other things to note
This is a retreat space for families and friends. No parties allowed on premises and will be monitored. Please also note this a privately owned jetty shared only with one neighbour. There is shared boat ramp for Meadowbank
