This exclusive 3-room apartment on 2 floors comprises a living area of about 50 m² and offers enough space and comfort for up to 5 people with a large balcony terrace with seasonal Baltic Sea views.

Welcome to the beach loft: The light-flooded ambience with tasteful living feeling, lovingly coordinated interior and harmonious color design will delight you. The centerpiece is the open-plan living and dining area with sofa bed (bed surface approx. 160 x 200 cm), flat-screen TV, USB/DVD player, stereo system as well as a rustic solid wood dining table for social gatherings and an integrated kitchenette. The well-equipped kitchen has amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine and coffee pad machine (Senseo).

The spacious feel-good bathroom is equipped with a shower with a deep entrance, a large mirror, a washer-dryer and a practical towel heater. From the living room, there is direct access to the 40 m² outdoor area with seasonal partial sea views. The balcony extends over a length of 15 m and offers an outdoor dining area as well as a spacious lounge corner. Via a steep space-saving staircase including stair gate and child lock, you can reach the two bedrooms in the attic from the living area. Here you can sleep wonderfully under cozy roof slopes. In the open-plan gallery area there is a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), wardrobe and TV. Right next door is the second bedroom, which is furnished with 2 single beds (90 x 190 cm each), reading lamps and a wall shelf. Pleated blinds on all skylights provide pleasant darkening for the night.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for your car at the house. The elevator takes you comfortably to the 2nd floor. The Wi-Fi connection is included.
