The space
The pool is open seasonally from April 1st to Sept 30th (weather permitting) Hot Tub and Fire Pit open year round.
Completely remodeled and updated multi-level home has plenty of room to enjoy being together or spreading out. The vaulted ceilings, skylights and large windows allow natural sunlight to pour in giving the home an open and airy feel. There are two living rooms, three dining areas, a game table, sunroom, and a large outdoor space to enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit & grass side yard.
The main floor has a living room, dining room and kitchen. Then 2 steps down is another living room with wet bar, a hallway that leads you to a bedroom, laundry room and full bath. The bedroom has a queen size Murphy Bed. This room can double as more office space if needed.
This floor leads out into the a fully enclosed sunroom that has another 6 person dining table. The sunroom then leads out to the backyard that has a pool, hot tub, small put-put golf, grass area with corn hole, gas fire pit and loungers.
The second level has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. To the left through the double doors is a grand primary suite with huge bathroom that includes a soaking tub, dual sinks, walk in closet and shower. There is a king size bed, and a trundle bed with two twins. The trundle bed will sleep 2 children or 1 adult and 1 child. This room is very large with vaulted ceilings. If you need to get some work done there is a desk and a 50” 4k smart tv on rotating mount. The blinds up high are remote controlled.
Then down the hall are two more generously sized bedrooms. Off the hallway is a full bathroom with shower/tub combo. The middle bedroom has two queen size beds and the last bedroom has a king size bed and a trundle bed with two twins. The trundle bed will sleep 2 children or 1 adult and 1 child.
ALL bedrooms have black out curtains and/or shades, luggage racks, closets with hangers, full length mirrors, ceiling fans, white noise machines, USB plugs on each lamp, and 4k smart tvs.
The house does back to a street and there is road noise. It can be heard while in the backyard. It is less noticeable in the house but can still be heard, so white noise sound machines are provided in each bedroom.
Guests can park 2 vehicles in the garage. A day prior to your stay the garage code will be sent along with door code. There are 2 additional parking spaces in the driveway. Any more vehicles please park on the Cedar Ave and walk into the cul-de-sac. Please do not block neighbors' driveways!
We want you to have a great time, but absolutely no parties are allowed! Small responsible gatherings are ok as long as you are mindful of the neighbors. Please only use the backyard to gather outside. Please do not hang out in the garage, please only use the garage to park in. The noise travels through out the cul-de-sac if you are in the front of the house. Please be respectful of the neighbors at all times!

You have access to main floor and 2nd floor of the house including the 2 car garage, except the basement and a few locked housekeeping cabinets.
Please only use the garage to park in, please do not hang out in the garage or front drive way - noise travels throughout the cul-de-sac. Please use the inside of the house or backyard to gather. Thank you!

City 4th of July Fireworks can be watched from the backyard over the pool. See pictures!

The yard is completely fenced in with an 6-8 ft fence. Once you are in the backyard, you go through a separate gate to get to the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. Please do not leave children unattended.
The house backs to a street so there is road noise.
There are a few steps to the front door. There are 2 steps down to second living room. There is a flight of stairs to 2nd floor. There are 2 steps between the 2nd floor bedrooms and the hall bathroom.
The high chair, pak n play, aerobed air mattress including bedding are found in the front closet in the main room.
There is a tenant in basement apartment. The tenant has a completely separate yard and exterior entrance. There is sound proofing ceiling and doors in the unit. They have no access to your space.
Please do not hang out in the garage or the front of the house, please use the inside and backyard to gather.
Please be respectful and mindful of the neighbors at all times. Please only park in the garage and drive-way. No parking in the cul-de-sac. Additional parking is along Cedar Ave. The home is located in a quiet cul-de-sac.
