Welcome to our private cozy shop loft! We offer our space to those traveling for pleasure or in the area for work. The loft is located on the second floor of our shop. This cozy space offers multiple beds, a kitchenette, and a bathroom on the first floor. We are located just a few minutes outside of Roundup and have easy access from the highway. Our place has a large outside area to enjoy. Pets are welcome.

1) Our shop loft is located next to our residence. Home security cameras are on the exterior of the buildings and around the property.
2) Because we are located on property we are often available for questions. Please text first.
3) 1pm checkin; 10 a.m. or earlier checkout.
4) To keep our prices lower, and avoid cleaning fees, we appreciate your willingness to help keep the space clean.
5) For those staying longer, extra sheets are available upon request.

SLEEP
Our loft includes 3 comfortable beds
- 1 king
- 2 twins
- 1 single air mattress available by request.

ENTERTAINMENT
We have provided a desk area, sitting/TV area with an electric fireplace, and some outdoor amenities.

- Coffee table converts into a table

KITCHENETTE
As a guest, short or long term stay, we invite you to use the kitchenette amenities! There are cleaning supplies on a shelf, salt and pepper, and plenty of dishes to accommodate your basic needs.

BATHROOM
The bathroom is located on the 1st floor of garage. Be advised that we will respect your privacy during your stay, however we may use the facilities on occasion.

PETS
We love our pets and therefore we welcome your dogs as well. A$10 per pet fee is added. Dogs must be leashed at all times when outdoors and all pet waste should be picked up. If you like to snuggle with your pets on the beds, please use the provide throw blankets to protect the valuable comforters. Please use provided pet towels as needed to wash paws or clean spills. Extra cleaning supplies are available for any accidents. Please report any soiling or damages to host to ensure we can resolve any issues immediately.

ADDITIONAL INFO
- The loft has slanted ceilings and rafters. Taller guests will need to be mindful of ceiling height.
- No smoking/vaping in building.
- The property sees a variety of wildlife throughout the year!
- AC and heat in the loft (please follow unit instructions if adjusting temperature)
- Appliance instructions are provided in our room guide binder.

Guest access
Access the room on the 2nd floor via stairs and utilize the bathroom on the 1st floor. The backyard offers a fire pit, picnic area, and grill. Take a walk along the short trail. You are sure to enjoy the view!

No neighbor to worry about. Enjoy the ranch charm of our property. 20 acres include the host home, shop with The Loft, barn, slough, and pasture with livestock (cattle and chickens). The slough sits at the base of the rimrocks offering a very scenic back yard.
