Terravista Villa Serrana are two cabins located in Cerro Guazubirá, at 332 meters high, with a panoramic view towards sunset.
They were built in wood and decorated with warmth, ready to welcome 2-4 people and have all the comforts to enjoy the peace of the Sierras de Minas.
With a coffee next to the wood stove or in the pool with a drink, any time of the year is ideal for visiting Terravista.
It is forbidden to have meetings.

The space
The main space is a living room with a sofa with three bodies and armchair, smart tv, wood heater and air conditioning.

The kitchen is integrated into the living room but separated at the same time by an island with 4 armchairs.
The large windows give natural light all day to the living room and kitchen.
The kitchen is well equipped with refrigerator with freezer, built-in electric oven, microwave, induction hood, extractor, electric pitcher, toaster , mixer and all the necessary utensils for cooking

The main room has a queen bed, air conditioner, open fire, door with direct entrance to the bathroom and a large window .

The second bedroom is independent with a bunk bed and a desk designed for home-office.

The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub for pleasant immersion bathrooms.

We ask for special care in preserving native fauna and flora, avoiding annoying noises, not starting fire in unsuitable places and taking care of the water, the most precious resource of the mountains.

The house has a biodigester tank for bathrooms. They carry out a wastewater treatment for the benefit of the environment and without contaminating the waterways.
