Bed linen, towels and a starter pack of toiletries are supplied, as well as a welcome pack consisting of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits and fruit juices.
There is a welcome book with full instructions on the premises.
Guests have their own terrace with table, chairs and parasol and can access all parts of the small but delightfully landscaped garden.
Parents with small children should be aware that there is a small water feature in the garden.

The hosts, Laurence & Michael, are always on hand to help and offer advice if and when needed.
They are always in the background but never to obtrusive. The choice is yours.
Beaminster is a small but busy little town with several independent shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. All you need for a pleasant holiday can be purchase in the town. For bigger stores and more choices, Bridport is the nearest small town with a market twice a week. The beautiful old and characterful town of Dorchester is only 1/2 hour away by car.
Dorset is a very much favored county for filming: recently "Far from the Madding Crowd", "Woolf Hall" and "Broadchurch" were shot locally.
The sea with the famous WestBay beach ( where Broadchurch was filmed|) and the Jurassic Coast are only 8 miles from the cottage.
There are several buses to and from Beaminster. Taxis are also available locally. Information and maps can be found on the premises.
Other things to note
Beaminster borders 3 counties, so there is plenty to do and explore. A favorite area for walkers and sea lovers alike. Children - young & old - will love the fossils hunts, and the numerous food & drink festivals will appeal to the food buffs. There is something for the gardeners and nature lovers. The possibilities are endless.
