Through out all of Detroit there are pockets of wonderful neighbors, with emptiness and development between them. This is the safest and one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in all Detroit. If you want a tree lined quiet street close to the city, this is it. Fully renovated last year. My wife and I love bringing back historic beauty to the city. 2 bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, new bathroom. Min. from everything wonderful Detroit has to offer. Woodbridge Midtown area. 2nd floor apt
This is a wonderful full remodel that keep the character of this historic home. This is a wonderful second floor apartment.
You enter from the back of the house. Up the deck to the second floor and through back door. There is an electronic keypad on the door. You will get an access code before your arrival through messages.

Locking the house: It is super easy with the keypad. We’ll send you a unique passcode to unlock. When exiting the house, just hit the lock button and it will lock. Check the handle to make sure!
Shoes: It is nice for everyone if you leave your shoes at the door. It’s especially considerate of our 113 year old floors if you take off your stiletto heels.
Please don’t move the furniture around, and please keep your noise to a family friendly neighborhood level at all times. We have very sensitive neighbors!
