Kid friendly! Perfect two family split! Come enjoy our island retreat. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful pad. You will be 2 min on bike from Wades Beach. You can also walk to the best BBQ/seafood in Shelter, Commander Codys. Features a large open kitchen/dining room plus also a spacious living room. 4 bedrooms with new mattresses, huge outdoor patio for family BBQs.
No dogs please.

The space
Spacious 4- bedroom, two full bath in rustic old farm house, located on .75 acres close to water, and beaches. Newly renovated and painted. New AC. 3 Rooms with Queen beds and one room with a single bed. Massive sofa for an extra guest or two. Viking stove, 2 huge farm dining tables, one inside and one out. Full outdoor BBQ grill.

House is completely open to guests. Unrenovated Barn and Guesthouse on the property, not accessible to guests

Other things to note
Shelter Island is very Bike friendly and we have 2 bikes. We 2 boogie boards, and one inflatable raft, beach umbrella, and beach towels.
