Tucked away in the tranquil Hollywood Hills yet only 5 minutes away from the center of Hollywood with it's many offerings of restaurants, bars, shopping and various tourist attractions.

The space

This architectural gem sits in the quiet Hollywood Hills yet is only 5 minutes away from the center of Hollywood with it's many offerings of restaurants, bars, shopping and various tourist attractions.
Surrounded by luscious nature the 600sqft living space offers beautiful views of the Hollywood Skyline. The 20ft ceiling opens up to the upper floor library where you can get cozy and read.
For the real indoor outdoor experience the large sliding doors open up the main floor to the deck with houses a small pool. The Kitchen is fully equipped.

Upstairs there are 2 spacious, modern bedrooms. Each has their own bathroom with offer walk in rain showers. The master bathroom also houses a bathtub. While taking a soak, enjoy the tranquil views of the surrounding nature.

Linens, towels and shampoos are provided.
Our house is a tranquil zen house in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect place for a family vacation, a private dinner party but not a place large parties over 15 people.

I will be here to greet you and show you everything. We're always available to tips or questions but will leave you your privacy during your stay.

SMOKING POLICY
There is a absolutely no smoking inside! Smoking is allowed on the deck. We are in a high draught are so absolutely no matches or cigarette buds throwing over the fence!!

NO PET POLICY
Please do not bring any pets either into the house or onto the property.

BEHAVIOR & GUEST COURTESY
Parties and sleep over guests are absolutely prohibited. Please be respectful of our neighbors and avoid playing loud music or putting the TV volume up too high.

Filming or photography is strictly prohibited!

If anyone staying in our home is behaving inappropriately or irresponsibly, we’re authorized to request the immediate departure of your entire party. If this occurs, the customer has no right to ask for the return of your security deposit or prepaid rent. You should also keep in mind that, when renting a property, you accept the terms and conditions herein, and are expected to comply at all times. The person signing the contract is responsible for the appropriate and decent behavior of everyone in your party.

There is an open pool on the deck and the drops off the deck and from the windows are steep. You are solely responsible for your safety and the safety of your family/friends during your stay.

DAMAGES
Accidents may occur but they are not included in the rate. Please inform us of any breakages and we will let you know the cost and deduct it from your security deposit. If the cost is in excess of your security deposit, you will be charged this amount.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
Your security deposit fee will be returned to you via airbnb soon after check-out once we have determined the home is in mint condition and there are no damages or missing items.

In case of inappropriate behavior in the home, no deposit money will be returned.

DROUGHT
As you may be aware, California is enduring its worst drought in 50 years. Anything you can do to conserve water is very much appreciated.

CHECK OUT
There is no late check out without prior approval from the owner. Every effort will be made to accommodate you if possible.

We loved our getaway to the hills, very beautiful and serene and yet so close to everything, good eating spots, shopping etc. The terrace was an extra plus too. We would stay here again next time.

We had a great stay at this beautiful house! Judith was great and did reply to all our messenges within minutes! The location is great and quite and it does not take to long to either walk or go by car to Hollywood blvd. The only thing I would like to inform about is that there is camera surveillance inside the house, I am sure it's only for security but it may feel a little bit uncomfortable. We did not have any trouble with this but I think it is worh mentioning. We absolutely recommend this house and the host!

Thank you so much for an amazing stay in your stunning house. Everything was perfect and exactly as described - private, awesome views, cool pool and family friendly. We had an unforgettable stay in LA at this airbnb house, it was the perfect house to come back to after a hot and busy day sightseeing. I will be recommending this house to all family and friends.

I cannot recommend Judith and Marc's place highly enough. The location in the Hollywood Hills is fantastic, they are great hosts and their home is stunning. We stayed there with our 3 young kids and it was perfect for our family of 5 - the children had a self-contained room and bathroom to themselves, and they loved the space and the views. Judith welcomed us when we arrived and was on hand for any queries throughout our stay. It's also the perfect spot for anyone planning a day trip to Universal Studios! Highly recommended.
