Poole Creek has been our home since 2010 and the landscape has fulfilled my passion for gardening, hiking and peaceful country living. The farm hosts 3 cats (our 2 orange boys, Tigger and Mr. Big and the neighbour cat Dotty). 2 neighbour golden retriever dogs that you might meet (Georgia and Frankie). We also have 3 pigs, 2 cows and several chickens. They are very friendly and welcoming.
