This is the perfect retreat for playing in Central Oregon’s recreational paradise.
Enjoy unlimited mountain biking, fly fishing, skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, cross-country skiing, hiking, golfing, horse back riding, dirt bike riding, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, canoeing, kayaking, paddleboarding on dozens of local rivers and lakes, as well as water skiing and sailing in the Cascade Lakes recreational areas. Don’t miss the numerous festivals and events in Sunriver, Bend, Sisters and Redmond. Enjoy fine dining, terrific microbreweries, art galleries and live music venues throughout this vibrant area.
This riverside two-story chalet-style home features an open floor plan with natural light and vaulted cedar ceilings. It has a spacious, warm library/loft as well as a large TV entertainment room. There’s even a 9 foot shuffleboard table. The library sports a queen sleeper couch and there are two twin floor futons for sleeping wherever you like. The master bedroom has a California king and the downstairs bedroom a queen, both with luxury linens.
The living room features a pellet stove, soft leather furniture and a lovely bistro table at the windows overlooking the river. French doors open to the patio from the dining area, offering a gas BBQ, intimate seating area, as well as a dining deck to take in the breathtaking views. The kitchen is fully equipped and then some. A laundry room with washer/dryer/iron/board is available as well. Amenities include free WiFi, flat screen TV with surround sound and Blue Ray DVD player, Ipod docking speakers/alarm clocks.
Sit and enjoy the stunning scenery and wildlife from inside or outside. Watch deer, elk, otter, ducks, geese, osprey, eagles and the rare great owl. Other visitors include squirrels, raccoons, foxes and cottontails. You can walk to an eagle’s nest, or launch a boat right from the yard; there’s even a good fishing hole right out front!
Although wonderfully private and in a quiet neighborhood, it is less than 5 minutes to Sunriver Village, and all its amenities, including: grocery store, restaurants, shopping, equipment rentals, stables, observatory, nature center, new huge pool complex, and ice rink(winter only).

A couple of quick notes to help with your stay. Regardless of which booking agency you used to find us I use (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) to simplify organizing information to help you with your stay. After your booking is paid in full you will receive and invitation to download the (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) app to help manage your stay with us.
Within the app I have uploaded a lot of information on everything from directions to get here, contact info for both my property manager and myself in case you need either help in the house or just want input on a favorite place to eat. Also lots of info on placed to go and things to do.

stay will be terminated and your deposit will not be refunded Before your departure. Please strip the beds you used and
leave the sheets and towels on the washing machine, dishes washed and
put away, and a general pick-up should be done. You do not need to
vacuum, mop, or do any laundry. We reserve the right to not refund your
deposit if excessive laundry is needed or if the home is not kept in good
condition during your stay.
Maximum # of Guests: No more than eight people may occupy the
house and property. The master bedroom has a King size bed, the second
bedroom has Queen size bed and the library has a queen hide-a-bed in
the couch.There is a queen futon sofa in the TV room. There are also two twin floor futons and a queen floor futon under the shuffle board table also in the TV room. No overnight guests or
large social gatherings/parties allowed.
Parking is available for two vehicles. During winter they must be in the driveway as
the road is plowed.
Pets: If a guest brings a pet (or anyone's pet) onto the property without
prior approval (and without a pet fee and deposit) then they agree (by
signing) that their FULL security deposit will be forfeited.
Amenities: There is a generously equipped kitchen, linens, towels, TV,
DVD stereo, portable speakers, alarm clocks and radios. Paper towels,
toilet paper, dish and laundry soap, garbage bags and coffee filters are
provided in adequate quantities. Many condiments are available for your
use but cannot be guaranteed;. Personal toiletry items (body soap,
toothpaste, etc.) are not provided. If you forget to pack
something or run out of items stocked, there is a grocery store in the
Sunriver shopping center 5 minutes by car.
We make every attempt to provide the comforts of home and ask that
you help us maintain this for guests who follow your visit. If you are
bringing small children who are not toilet trained or any one with an
incontinence problem, please bring adequate protection for the bedding
and mattresses. Should there be a problem that results in wet bedding,
please do not remake the bed and notify our house manager as soon as
possible. We appreciate your consideration in these areas.
At Your Own Risk: Please supervise small children while playing in the
backyard as the there is no fence between the house and the river.
We do not supply any water toys or equipment, but feel free to bring your
own or they can be rented nearby in Sunriver or at the Marina.
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted in the house.
Garage: Is a private area and should not be used by renters except for
rack and area to the left of the door or accessing the bicycles,Kayaks and Canoe.
Septic: Please only flush toilet paper as we are on a septic system. Do not
put any paper products, or other sanitary products other than the toilet
paper we provide, in the toilets.
Cancellation Policy: 30 day cancellation required for full rental refund.
USE OF BOATS AND BIKES
Renters of our property are allowed use of designated bicycles, canoe and kayaks
in the garage. By signing this rental agreement, the Renters release the Owners of any and all liability for any injuries incurred by use of the equipment listed above.
We are not able to verify condition of equipment between uses so it is incumbent on the user to verify proper operating condition and take full responsibility for
its safe use. We provide free and require use of helmets and life vests. If additional devices are required, additional items can be rented at the Sunriver Resort.
I have read this agreement and understand what my guests and I are
responsible for while occupying the property. I will make my guests
aware of these conditions. I understand that any departure from these
conditions could result in non-refund of the deposits. I understand that
the owners of 56484 Eclipse Dr cannot be held responsible for injuries
that may occur during my stay.
