The space
An amazing one bedroom apartment situated on the first floor ( walk up ) of a well maintained period building just off Charing Cross road.
There is a separate kitchen and reception room, with a sofa bed. The flat has excellent ceiling height and large double windows to increase the level soundproof. The double bedroom has ample storage and double windows and there is a separate modern bathroom with bathtub that can be used as shower too.

We’re pleased to share that, as of 26 September 2025, we’ve upgraded the windows of the property by installing a second layer of glass. This improvement provides enhanced soundproofing and improved insulation, making the flat quieter and warmer for your stay.

Please note: While this upgrade greatly reduces noise, we cannot fully guarantee the area will be free from occasional street sounds, such as people talking loudly or other external disturbances, as the property is located in a vibrant part of the city.
