Escape to our Smyth Street Retreat. With a bright and spacious layout, this ranch home was meticulously filled with everything you need for the perfect getaway. Conveniently located less than 1 mile from Lynchburg General Hospital, Blackwater Creek Trail, and Jefferson Park. As well as being 15 minutes or less from the three local Universities. Bring the dogs and let them enjoy a fenced in back yard while you relax by the stone fireplace or utilize the fully equipped kitchen.

** Update: Due to recent storm damage, the owners had to replace the wooden fence with a black chain length fence. The yard is still fully fenced in and ready for your furry friends to run around in!
PET FEE: We only allow dogs at our property. We charge a fee of $25 each night per pet for a maximum of $100 per week (i.e. if you stay 2 weeks it would cost $200 per pet). Only pets under 50lbs are allowed without approval from host. If approved, pets 50lbs and over require an additional fee for pets over our weight limit.
PARKING: An entire driveway to yourself that can fit 2 or 3 vehicles. Street parking is allowed as well.
CLIMATE CONTROL: Central heat and air.
LIVING ROOM: TV, two 3 seat sofas, lounge chair, and two coffee tables.
KITCHEN/DINING: A dining table with seating for 6. All your cooking needs: pots & pans, dishes, glasses, Tupperware, cooking utensils, coffee makers (both drip and french press), creamer, sugar, kettle, knives, cutting boards, mixing bowls, spices, and oil.
LAUNDRY CLOSET: Washer/Dryer, iron, ironing board, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and broom.
ENTRY CLOSET: Foldable high chair, dog bowl, crate for shoes, surge protector extension cords, and vacuum.
HALL BATH: Sink, toilet, bath/shower combo, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, makeup remover wipes, and cotton rounds.
MASTER BEDROOM: King bed, two nightstands with charging docks, two lamps, and a dresser.
MASTER CLOSET: Fan, luggage rack, pack-n-play with mattress and mattress protector, pack-n-play sheets, spare towels, spare sheets, and laundry basket.
MASTER BATH: Sink, toilet, bath/shower combo, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, Q-tips, makeup remover wipes, and cotton rounds.
BEDROOM 1 (blue comforter): Queen bed, two nightstands, two lamps with charging docks, and a dresser.
BEDROOM 1 CLOSET: Luggage rack, spare towels, spare sheets, and laundry basket.
BEDROOM 2 (white comforter): Queen bed, one nightstand, one lamp, and a dresser.
BEDROOM 1 CLOSET: Luggage rack, spare towels, spare sheets, and laundry basket.
OWNER'S CLOSET: Linen closet used for storage, this door is locked.
Guest access
You'll have access to the entire house except for the owner's closet. For entry into the house you will utilize a key code that will be given to you the day of check-in, and there is a lockbox with a spare key available should that not work the day of your arrival.
