The place was great for our stay. Shannon was extremely attentive and nice. Everything was as expected, the apartment was comfortable and in a great location. I would definitely book this apartment again.

The best thing about this place is the location. It is within walking distance of so many food options. It is a very short walk to the subway, and not too far from several LIRR stops, and minutes from LGA. The apartment is nice and clean and exactly as described. It was a little tight for a family of four but certainly doable; two is ideal. We never met our hosts but they are very good communicators and all was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.

It was an amazing stay. Firstly, it was so easy to get to subway station. It only takes mins to walk from this apartment. The apartment isn't huge but can't comfortably fit 3-4people. My favorite part of Shannon's apartment is the stairs. Although it is quite narrow and even risky, I always loved to "adventure" between the upper and lower floors. Moreover, I believe that because Shannon is an artist, so she got her art works all over the room which are great; if you would like to see, check it out.

I'm Shannon- my boyfriend Rob and I are both artists who live (and make artwork) here in Astoria. We are laid back, but reliable and hard-working. We love to travel, cook, be outside, see concerts and visit contemporary art galleries. When we travel (for work, or for fun!) we love to share our home with you!
