Fully renovated family air-conditioned accommodation on the 2nd floor of a small old building without an elevator, located on a peaceful street, will meet your expectations to discover Marseille. You will be in a central position between the Velodrome stadium, the beaches, the Calanques Natural Park, Cassis via the Gineste road.
Many shops are at your disposal (supermarket, primeur, bakery, butcher, caterer...) as well as restaurants around, for a pleasant stay.
The space
The air-conditioned and bright accommodation of 40 m2 is composed of:
- A new kitchen fully equipped with new household appliances: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor hood, Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, citrus press.
-A cozy stay with a dining table and 4 chairs, sofa, armchairs, TV with indoor antenna receiving only TNT channels (no Netflix subscription, Amazon prime, Canal +, Disney Chanel, etc...), a work desk with chair, a storage furniture for cleaning supplies.
-A first sunny bedroom with a 140x190 bed, two bedside tables, a storage pouf and a wardrobe.
- A second sunny bedroom with a 140 x 190 bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers.
- Remote work possible (Wi-Fi).
- A bathroom with bathtub, sink, storage, hairdryer, first aid kit, fan heater. Separate toilet.
-Books available for the duration of your stay
During your stay for 4 people:
Linens and towels are available for you to travel light.
Bed kit: Bed linen set for one bed, with extra pillows +
Towel kit: one large + one small + one guest towel provided free of charge per person intended exclusively for the toilet. These are not beach towels. They must not be used for this purpose. Any use other than mentioned resulting in damage will be replaced, the cost of which will be the full and exclusive responsibility of the guest.
The accommodation is not suitable for children under 4 years old and does not have baby equipment such as an umbrella bed, high chair, outlet cover, corner guards...

The apartment is available to guests with the respect and kindness of the neighbors and occupants of the building.
Free parking on the streets of the village.
Lockbox for self check-in from 3pm. The code will be sent via SMS prior to your arrival.
Other things to note
Thank you to guests for respecting the peaceful habits of the neighborhood. We ask that you be reasonable and discreet during the day. The sound diffusion of the devices must remain at a reasonable level of listening. In any case, avoid making noise at night. We remind you that parties and parties are prohibited. Please close and lock all doors and windows when you leave the accommodation. Please turn off the lights. No flame candles Absolutely none. Instead, we invite you to use battery-powered candles without flames.
The accommodation is non-smoking in all rooms including the toilets. Only toilet paper is allowed in the toilet bowl, any unblocking will be charged to the guest. As well as the unblocking of the sink if it is blocked by the negligence of a guest by throwing food into it.
On the day of your departure, please wash the dishes and put them away in the cupboards, empty the fridge, put the waste from the bins (kitchen and bathroom) in closed bags and throw them in the public containers. Please also put the sheets and towels in the basket provided in the bathroom or put them in the bathtub.
Don't forget to return the keys, put them back in the secure lock corresponding to the apartment number and scramble the code. If the keys are not in the box, they will be systematically replaced and will be charged to the guest.
Guests are reminded that the decorative cushions on the sofas and beds are not intended to be used as pillows. Extra pillows are available for this purpose. Please respect this
in order to avoid an additional cost of 15 euros for their restoration.
Downloading films is illegal. If you are found guilty, legal fines apply.
Please do not take the books made available during the stay so that other guests can benefit from them.
