An enchanting Apt located on a picturesque side street, 3 Min walk from the beach.
This apartment sits just in the middle of one of the funnest areas in Tel Aviv, facing a green garden, and just a 3 Min walk from one of the best beaches in Tel Aviv (Metzitzim). It is surrounded by restaurants and activities, including the old port, a great place for shopping, eating, enjoying the great farmers market on Fridays, and watching the sunset along a great wooden boardwalk, and a walking distance to the lively Hayarkon park, a great place to explore with the family, and play with the children.

So, if you are traveling with family or a group of friends and looking for a comfortable place to stay in a relaxed street, this fully equipped Apt can house 4 people comfortably. It has 2 bedrooms with double beds and large windows facing the green Nahum st. A warm living space with comfy sofas, an LCD TV, Wifi, a dining corner, and a modern renovated Kitchen, containing all you may need during your stay including an oven and a dishwasher, and a renovated bathroom with shower, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

For any other questions, doubts, inquiries, feel more then free to contact me. I'd be happy to share tips about Tel Aviv and activities.

Silvia was a welcoming host. The kitchen was stocked with fresh milk, orange juice, a bottle of water, pastries and bread. She arrived soon after we did to greet us and give us more information about the apartment. She was quick to respond to emails and friendly. The description about her place was definitely accurate. The apartment was super clean, quiet and the beds very comfortable. The location was unbelievable, especially if you have children. The apartment is only a few blocks from a great beach (with a playground and outdoor gym equipment) and a 5 minute walk to the Old Port which has several big playgrounds, a splash park, lots of restaurants and shops, and a market place not unlike the Chelsea Market with a great bakery, organic market, and a farmers market on Friday. Then you're just steps away from two lively streets- Dizengoff and Ben Yehuda, where many of the great bars and restaurants are located. I have very few complaints; simply that (1) I had asked in advance if she had beach towels, to which she replied yes, but she only offered sheets (hard to dry off with those) and asked that I don't take her bathroom towels to the beach; (2) they had just fumigated the building and there were many dead roaches in the stairwell (but never saw a single one in the apartment) (this is common for Israel, however); and (3) at times we had problem with the wifi connection. Still I would stay at her place again in a heartbeat and I absolutely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful week in Silvia's apartment. It is just like the photos: sunny, clean, very tastefully decorated (with all kinds of personal, homey touches), comfortable and very well equipped. The apartment is on a quiet, tree lined block and inside is very quiet from all the windows. The apartment is a block from the sea and near Ben Yehuda, a very convenient shopping street, with restaurants and cafes. Our young adult daughters ran on the boardwalk along the beach and we took long walks at sunset. The port is north of the apartment and has a great farmers' market. Silvia is a warm and helpful host. Her son Ofir met us at the apartment, as she was working, and he graciously introduced us to the apartment. Silvia really cares that people enjoy their time at her house and responded immediately to any question we had. My husband is Israeli and we come to Israel every year. We have exchanged apartments with friends and rented places but this is the nicest place we have stayed. The apartment itself, the block and the location in North Tel Aviv by the sea all made our trip so relaxing. We really want to return next year and stay again at Silvia's apartment!!

The stay at Silvia'apartment was nice and pleasant, just near the beach not so far from the port where we can do shopping, go to the restaurant and walk. The apartment is cosy, full equipped, clean, all necessary was furnished to begin our holidays. In a quiet little street closed to main street Ben Yehuda, supermarket and many little restaurants in the neighborhood, taxi station just in front and all many autobus to go anywhere in Tel Aviv. During our stay Silvia and Jean called up to get news and propose help necessary. Sincerely recommanded.

I just spent a week in Sylvia's apartment with my two daughters. It is a true enchantment and very well located. Sylvia was of great help before arrival and her daughter Maïa was great too whilst we were there as Sylvia was travelling. I hope we'll be able to stay in Sylvia's apt later this summer. I highly recommend it. Thank you Sylvia and Maïa

Me and my dear Family (3 adults and a child 4 yo) found this aparts absolutely marvelous. Modern, cosy, with own style and sense of air. Location is perfect: so close to the best TA beaches ans Old Port, nevertheless very quit and calm so you could wake up with bird's songs. Silvia, who is an owner, is very open, ready to help and full of hospitality. We will be more than happy to come back on 2014. Dmitry and family
