Welcome to my unique renovated sea front house with wonderful views across Morecambe Bay to Cumbria. There's a double bedroom, with en suite shower room and french doors to sea front. I provide coffee, cafetiere, tea, milk, cups, kettle & a small fridge for your exclusive use. There is a sandwich shop two minutes away and a small supermarket nearby for supplies. Free on street parking and wifi.
One well behaved dog welcome by arrangement.

The space
The house is on the newly opened Bay Cycle Way and handy for those exploring the area by bike. We have a sandy beach right outside, perfect for dog walking and wind surfing and the best sunsets in the UK. The art deco Midland Hotel is a short walk along the promenade so if you are attending a wedding or a celebration there, this is a perfect place to stay.

Guest access
You will have have the ground floor bedroom with private en suite shower room. Access to sea front garden with patio.
Tea, coffee, milk provided. Own small fridge.

Other things to note
I have a cocker spaniel who is house trained, and friendly. He makes a lot of noise on first meeting but then settles down and is reasonably quiet though curious. However it is useful to note that the house may not be suitable for those with allergies.

Morecambe Bay is beautiful but can be dangerous. It is easy to be cut off by the tide and get stuck in the sand, so do take care. We have fabulous cross bay walks in the summer months, often led by Cedric Robinson, the Queen's Guide. This part of the town is undergoing a period of regeneration after many years in decline. You will see skips and builders, but it is a very quiet place to stay. If you are a weather watcher you can see for miles right across to Black Combe, and Walney Island.
We have lots of fantastic festivals here, including the popular Vintage by the Sea in early September.
