Thanks Erik for leaving your feedback. I'm always keen to make improvements based on constructive and reasonable comments. However, I'm afraid there's nothing to be taken on board from your review. I offered full reimbursement as I prefer to have around my property guests with positive attitude and I refuse to host someone who is coming with unreasonable complaints prior even seeing property with only one aim to get the discount. How can someone who arrived and left during daylight without staying overnight can complain about lack of outdoor lighting at night. Our property alone has more lights than nearby village. Also, bedding is provided for guests who stay overnight while you barely put your feet in the house for 2 min without even asking where the bedding is located. And yes, there is outdoor cinema available for all guests staying 3+ nights. Obviously, these are only my words against yours. But stating that 40+ guests who stayed here previously and rated property on average 4+ stars have written misleading reviews - that just doesn't make any sense.
