This house is located in the historical area and Bangkok's Old Town area such as the Grand Palace, Temple of Dawn , Golden Mountain and also located near the most famous street and nightlife area in Bangkok as known as Khaosan road. You'll be immersed in local culture ,landmark, lifestyle and street food.
Our house,up to 6-20 guests can be accommodated. Ideal location would be a gathering spot for friends or families.
The space
The house has 4 stories including ground floor. The upper floor, each floors are clean, decorated, and divided into proper room area.
All house have 7 bedrooms which can fit maximum +20 people, truly great for families & groups.
There are cozy 7 King-size beds, 4 sofa beds, including private bathrooms every floors.(sofa bed use for extra guests:400bt/person/day)
Each floors also have own kitchen and own living room to enjoy watching android TV program , Youtube etc.
There's also have a terrace on the deck for guests to enjoy fresh air with privacy comfort patio as well.

Entire house.
1st Fl. - Entrance to house with digital door lock, shoe rack , garbage room and household store room at the backside.
One room with mezzanine. There is one king size bed on mezzanine, and 1 day bed which can fit 2-4guest in this room. One bathroom.
2nd Fl. +3rd Fl. +4th Fl.
Each floors have 2BR which 2king-size beds and a sofa that can be adjusted to make a double bed for two extra people.+ Living room with kitchen + two bathrooms
Additional for the 4th Fl. or upper deck that we have Terrace with dining seats.
You can sit back, relax and have fun with a maximum of 6-22 guests at once in our place.(There is a fee for using extra sofa bed sheets and over 12Pax.)
Additionally, we provide android televisions and YouTube, electric heating for the shower, air conditioning for all floors, and a terrace patio at the upper deck.
Electric room&storage room at the backside are staff use only.
(Please note that CCTV is on the ground floor in common area and at the stairwell of 3rd floor only, FYI)
Other things to note
- Because the whole house takes 1 day to prepare, it is necessary to send a reservation request in advance to prepare the whole house.
Please indicate the actual number of guests and we will prepare bedding for the number of guests.
The cancellation policy is strict.
We look forward to welcoming groups of guests, families, friends, or tour groups. No matter how many people you are, you will have the whole house to yourselves to relax in privacy and safety.
- For the kitchen, we have a kitchen that can warm up food. There is a microwave, kettle, fruit peeling knife, various cutting knives, dishes, spoons, forks, but it is not suitable for serious cooking or there is a gas stove to cook rice because our place is close to many cheap food places or street foods that surround our house. Just step out of the house and you will find it. So you can buy it to eat yourself more comfortably, FYI.
- In front of our house, on the left side is a local shopping mall where you can buy local and cheap products. On the right side is a supermarket where you can conveniently buy food and drinks. It is just a few steps from our house. Open 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.
-Convenient stores such as 7-Eleven are at the corner on the left side of the main street. 24 hours.
Please note that,
1. Our house is for resting. We accept a big group for staying but no party, loud noise, no dancing or jumping that can interrupt neighbors. (Please keep noise down 9:00 pm - 7:00 am)
2. We have prepared an extra table for groups on the first floor, please do not move it outside or upstairs. We allow you to have dining here. And also, each floor, we have a dining table provided on your own floor already. (Extra chairs from downstairs can be moved up by yourself.)
3. This property is non-smoking. Fined THB 5,000 plus cleaning service charge as follows: *Smoking inside property there will be additional cleaning: THB 3,690/**Smoking weed inside property there will be additional cleaning: THB 10,280/Ozone Service: THB 2,500/Cleaning fabric sofa: THB 3,990/Cleaning curtain and rug: THB 5,590
4. The house may not be suitable for those who have problems going up and down the staircase. Please no shoes in the house.(Slippers are available.)
