Super nice, well-appointed studio apartment in the heart of charming Christianshavn, a "village" inside the historic ramparts of Copenhagen. The apartment is bright and airy situated on 3rd floor with elevator access.
Fully appointed kitchen with stove, microwave, electric kettle and Nespresso coffee maker, stylish marble bathroom and all required tech including 42' flat-screen TV, DVD a Huawei MediaPad for internet search / communication and 20/2 fast Wi-Fi internet connection.
Enjoy the sun from south facing balcony or take in Copenhagen's sky-line from the buildings 350 m2 large communal roof-top terrace, where tables and barbecue are at your disposal. To the east you can glimpse Christiania, at a comfortable distance in a more noisy corner of Christianshavn ... :-)
Interaction with guests
We are always at hand when you arrive to get you installed and hand over a manual containing all practical information about the building, Wi-Fi password, the local area and so on. There is also a new SIM for your phone so you can have a local number in your mobile right away.
Christianshavn caters to most shopping, cafés and culture needs. There are great take-aways; Sushi, Pizza, Chinese, Burgers etc. ... at the other end of the gastronomic scale you have Four time Pellegrino World's Best Restaurant ★★ noma, the sublime ★ Era Ora and Copenhagen Restaurant of the year 2012 ★ Kadeau, all within walking distance. In all Copenhagen has 17 Michelin ★'s; ★★ Geranium ★ Studio ★ Marchal ★ Clou ★ Kokkeriet ( ... a friend of mine has Kokkeriet ... so let me know if you want to book a table :-) ... the best restaurants in Northern Europe in the Worlds most cozy capital.
Christianshavn Metro station is less than 250 meters from the front door, with fast access to most of Copenhagen and a direct line to Copenhagen International Airport, Kastrup and right next to the station several Movia bus lines have stops. Copenhagen Harbour Buses connects to New Harbour and the Opera. For public transportation in Copenhagen, you can borrow a "Rejsekort" upon arrival.
Should public transport not cover your destination - rental bikes and Taxies will bring you there.

The building is a regular residential building with a mix of old and young tenants, so please respect no loud noise after 10PM :-)
It is a non smoking apartment and pets are not allowed!
Garbage bags must be closed before they are thrown in the chute next to the elevator, larger items can be dropped in containers in the courtyard.
Upon booking please inform about travel plan e.g. flight and estimated arrival time.
When arriving after 8PM a charge of EUR 10.00 is added, after 11PM a charge of EUR 20.00, in both cases the charge shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
When leaving, please put linen and towels in the laundry basket and drop the keys in the mailboks at the door on the ground floor.
