Built by the family 24 years ago, this chalet is a place of meeting and friendship that has benefited from wall to wall recent renovations. It is about 30 minutes from Tremblant and Ironman competitions. The kitchen will be appreciated by chefs with its 36 "induction cooktop, Viking Professional appliances and quartz counter. The construction is on 4 half-steps of 600 sq.ft. each for a total of 2400 sq.ft. Three bedrooms, a full bathroom, a bathroom with shower and washer-dryer, a TV room, a "locker room" with benches, a garage for sports equipment, firewood and a second fridge, living room, dining room, mezzanine library overlooking the lake. Mattresses and bedding are of excellent quality as well as all the furniture.
The heating is bi-energy assisted by a ventilation system and the water supply comes from two separate pumps of well and lake. The land is 130,000 sq.ft. offering the most complete tranquility.

The area is a paradise for hikers, skiers, skaters, snowboarders, swimmers, , cyclists, runners and triathletes participating in the Ironman of Tremblant.
St-Donat is also the host of an annual Ultimate FC - extreme cross country race.
